POLICIES

We at Yes in Dede Designs strive to achieve the highest of standards. We practice ethics in all phases of our life, love, play and work. Malama Pono.

Any information collected is for the expeditious fabrication and delivery of our Hawaiian barkcloth dresses and home décor products.

Absolutely NO information is sold, revealed or bartered to a 3rd party or mailing list.

We eventually would like let our customers know of special offers or new product via e-mail, but realistically, we are too busy sewing and designing great authentic Hawaiian home furnishings and clothing in addition to updating this web site, but that is the plan.

We are pleased to announce that Yes in Dede now accepts all major credit cards. Of course personal checks (we will ship after it clears) or money orders (we ship immediately upon receipt) are still welcome. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges. From Hawaii, we have found that the U.S. Postal Service offers the best prices, therefore we ship via Priority Mail-Delivery Confirmation but we will ship any method the customer prefers. Since we are still working on the secure order form, please call us at 808-961-9095 with your pertinent information ie name, phone number, email. We will return your phone call in a timely manner. You are also encouraged to email us. As a reminder, please do not give out your credit card info via email.

We are estimating 10-14 days before your order gets shipped. We will advise you of the ETA when you place your order.

Returns due to flaws or errant workmanship will be accepted 7 days after receipt of goods. Please call or fax us at 808-961-9095 or contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of a defective product. This has never happened, nevertheless, we fully guarantee our reversible tablerunners, fringed throw-pillows, dresses and fat quarters. Once again the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns. You can return merchandise to:

No animals were harmed in the making of our Hawaiian barkcloth creations.
We live and work in a tobacco free zone.
No slaves or indentured servants were used to sew our goods.

We are a nurturing bunch of optimists who enjoy a stunning Hawaiian rainbow, kitty companionship, doggie romps on the beach and a bad pun.

Proudly Made-in-Hawaii by Native Hawaiians…Aloha and Enjoy!
